Some projects are hard because the code is complex. Others are hard because the rules are. Tatiana specializes in both. Her portfolio covers healthcare billing, cardiology software, medical and hardware devices, an FCC-certified captioning app for people with hearing loss, educational platforms, SEO tools and food industry products, for clients across the US and Europe.

What sets her apart is technical depth. She is not a project manager who forwards every question to a developer and waits. She can talk through an integration, sketch how data should move between systems, and spot where a design will cause trouble later. Developers get a partner who speaks their language, and clients get answers in the same meeting.

She is also quick in unfamiliar territory. Healthcare billing rules, FCC certification, data protection for UK hospitals: Tatiana learns each field well enough to guide clients through it. In regulated industries, that is often the difference between a launch and a delay.

And she is honest about what isn’t known yet. When a client wants a fixed price for something full of open questions, she shows which unknowns could change the cost and proposes a short discovery phase first.

“I’d rather give a client a clear picture of what we don’t know than a confident number that won’t hold,” she says.

Her path started in a classroom. A former teacher, Tatiana entered IT with basic coordination tasks, grew into business analysis, and has now spent more than six of her nine years in the field as a project manager. Teaching left her with patience, clarity, and the habit of making sure everyone leaves the room with the same picture.

The result is projects that stay steady in industries where very little is simple.
